Top Spot on Google!
I just done a Google search on People String using "internet marketing and networking newbie" and the top 4 spots are all about my blog in one form or another.
So my research is paying off.
The 3 most important things I have done so far is, join Ping.fm and add all my services to it, added my blog to about a dozen blog directories, and started link sharing to get backlinks.

Oh and one more important step I took that I almost forgot about.
Meta tags!! Use this handy generator to generate a meta tag for your website or blog place it in the right spot.

Leanring Learning Learning
I feel like the little engine that could. I just keep trudging up that hill. I think I can....etc.
Every corner I turn I am learning something new and discovering great tools of the trade. Most of which, so far, have been free.
PeopleString is full of so many people willing to help me learn. These three people, Nick Shultz, Vince Reed, and Micheal McGregor have all been exceptionally helpful.
Besides meeting some wonderful people I have discovered some websites and software that comes in really handy in the Internet Marketing and Networking Industry.
The first being Ping.fm.
This site is a must have, just like PeopleString, if you are serious about Internet Marketing and Networking. You can access and post to all of your Social Networking and Bookmarking sites at once. Saving you all that time logging in and retyping and so forth over and over.
The second is TrafficWave. TrafficWave is an AutoResponder resource. If you're new to autoresponders don't worry, TW has plenty of training resources. An autoresponder does just that, it automatically responds to emails. It can save you plenty of time and money on marketing campaigns. Never lose a sale again. TrafficWave will help close sales significantly.
As you can see I was a very busy bee yesterday.

What is the overall goal for all businesses, besides building sales? Communication. They try to communicate something to someone in order to create a reaction. This is how a business grows. Over time the communication cone spreads wider and wider and eventually the audience grows leading to more of some sort of an action that helps the business grow.

What I Learned and Worked on Yesterday
Yesterday was a busy busy day.
I learned two things yesterday, social networking and bookmarking.
Social networking and bookmarking is a very useful tool in getting your self seen and heard. What's the use of have a great product, service, or earning opportunity if no one knows that you do.
That's why I was so busy yesterday, getting out there in the cyber world and shouting from the proverbial mountain top.
Always remember, you get out what you put in. So be prepared to spend a nice bit of time doing this part. Especially at first setting up all your networking and bookmarking sites.
But don't worry, I got your back. The following are the social networks and bookmarking sites that I discovered yesterday and have started using. I'll update as I add more.

Busy Busy Day
Welcome to my blog!! I am internet marketing and networking newbie, and maybe you are too. If you are, we'll make this journey together. If you are a pro and have some how found your way to this blog, please feel free to give advice and tips.
Before I even get started in the heavy duty marketing work, I knew I was going to need help. Advice, tips, mentoring, and other things I am sure I will discover along the way.
I have been seeing ads and testimonies of this site People String, so I decided to check into it. And so far I am impressed with what I have seen. Besides all the perks listed on the main page of this blog, you also have access to others that are seasoned at internet marketing and networking and are eager to mentor you. Some of the training and tips can found in the Link List to your right.
It's been a busy busy day setting up some networking sites and finding software to help organizing them all. The best software I've found today is a web browser designed to do just that, organize all your social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Blogger, and many more. This browser is called Flock.
So that's all folks!
For now anyway. Stayed tuned for tomorrow to see what I have learned.
